Children's travel

We will send a form for you to return when you have booked your child's travel.

Some parents bring their children directly to the school. Please contact us for travel directions and for details of local accommodation if required.

The majority of our students travel by plane. Our teachers meet them on arrival and assist them on departure. Where possible we will put you in contact with other parents so that children can travel together. Young children and those who have not travelled alone before can travel in the care of airline staff. This is safe and normal.

We operate free airport transfers on scheduled course arrival and departure dates. Free transfers apply to arrivals 1100 - 1600hrs, departures 1200 - 1600hrs. Journey times to the schools are as follows:

Heathrow - Sibford: 1 hr 30 minutes
Birmingham - Sibford: 1hr
Heathrow - Port Regis: 2hrs

For students who arrive / depart outside our free transfer times, or at other airports (including Gatwick) we can arrange escorted taxi transfers at extra cost. The cost includes assistance with baggage, checking in, waiting time, etc.
